Screening & Fluidics provides Ultra-High Throughput Screening Services using its GotaHit Fluorescence Activated Droplet Sorting (FADS) platform in a wide range of applications.
We provide unique features to enable in-droplet phenotypic and functional screenings.
We deploy our experience in custom lab-on-a-chip systems and molecular pharmacology to offer powerful solutions to customers screening needs, helping them succeed in their assays.
GotaHit Lab-on-a-chip Platform
Within our L2 ambient-controlled facilities,
we conduct screening services in picoliter droplets
with unprecedented sensitivity and throughput.
GotaHit can screen tens of millions of droplets per hour
down to the single cell analysis.
Our know-how on the manipulation of miniaturized biological
reactors spans a range of droplet-based microfluidics operations:
GotaSoft Screening software
GotaSoft can analyse in real time phenotypic signatures
with up to 8 detection channels, enabling screening and sorting rare events
within millions of droplets.
We are a team of experts in lab-on-a-chip systems and molecular pharmacology
which strongly believe in the power of droplet microfluidics screening.
Georges Gaudriault brings 25 years of experience in Drug Discovery, Drug Delivery and Molecular Pharmacology. After completing his PhD, he initiated an international career in San Diego as a postdoctoral fellow. Upon his return to France, he served as R&D scientist at Institut Curie before turning to the private sector. He served as CSO of MedinCell (2007-2016) and DEINOVE (2016-2022). His vision for the potential of droplet microfluidics in the biotech and pharma industries pushed the creation of Screening & Fluidics.
Evelio R. Miquet brings more than 10 years of experience working in microfluidics and lab-on-a-chip technologies for platform developments. He obtained his BEng degree at InSTEC in Havana and his PhD at LAAS-CNRS/University of Toulouse in 2016. After pursuing postdoctoral work at MPQ/University Paris Diderot, he served as Senior Scientist in optofluidics at HiFiBiO Therapeutics (2018-2021) and as Head of the Lab-on-a-chip Unit within DEINOVE (2021-2023). His passion for advanced technology in addition to his entrepreneurial spirit converged to launch Screening & Fluidics in 2024.
Benoît Charlot is a research director at CNRS and head of the BioMicrofluidics and Biophotonics team at the Institut d'Electronique et des Systèmes of the University of Montpellier. For over 15 years he has developped microfluidic and organ-on-chip systems in the fields of neurosciences, oncology and hemophysics. He also has been involved in the development of multiphase microfluidic systems for the generation of droplets and double emulsions.
